Come On Over to My House ~ Do You Toile? Party in Progress!

March 1, 2011

Welcome to Charm Bracelet Diva's

Do You Toile? Party 2011!

 I'm so happy to be hosting this toile party

 ~ call me crazy but I really do love the

 stuff. And I can't WAIT to see what you

 have in the way of toile in

 YOUR life. As for me, I thought I'd give

 you a little tour around toile~land. You

 just never know where you're gonna find

 yourself some toile around here!

From placemats to napkins

to china

to lampshades

to curtains
Bedroom

Kitchen and Family Room

to pillows and quilts
Master Bedroom

and more pillows, and more quilts

{These are dueling benches in our foyer on either side of the front door}

to P.J.'s
Nice and toasty on those C.O.L.D. midwestern winter nights!

to aprons {I wear mine for baking, mostly}

to just about anything else you can think of, I guess.
I thought I'd throw this sewing box in to make me look talented, like I can sew....yeah, right.  Well, even the novice seamstress deserves a pretty sewing box, right?  There's more toile in my home to be sure, but I had to draw the line somewhere!

So, finally, the $64,000.00 Question

Do You Toile?

Just add your toile-related post to the party

 below, and be sure to link it back here so

that everyone can join in!  It can be an

old or new post, it doesn't matter ~

just link up!

{The party link will be open until this Sunday, March 6th at midnight, central time.}

Now go on and join in these other lovely parties:

Ooh so many pretty things! I had a pair of PJs that looked awfully like those, I loved them so much I wore them until they were threadbare!

Oh my - I have a crazy thing about a Richloom Fragonard toile that was popular a few years ago. It came in cream, pink, blue and lavender. Thank you for hosting such a pretty party (and for sharing with us at French Cupboard).

You have some very nice toiles in your pretty house! I only have one in my current house-a window treatment in the powder room, but I do love it. It is soft blue. I'm off now to visit the others! Such an interesting idea for a party! Linda

Love toile! I love all the different pastoral patterns best. Love all your toile! I'm especially in love with that pink and green apron. I have an extensive apron collection, even making myself a super girly apron recently, but I don't have a toile one. It's on my sewing list now.

Thanks so much for hosting this party! I love seeing all the toile and how it's used in everyone else's home.

Thanks for the toile tour. You have some lovely things. I have loved things since I used to sleep in my grandma's guest room which had toile wall paper (green). It always reminds me of her. I have plenty in my house but must go looking for photos! Nice visiting your blog!
