I just wanted to share some beauty shots with you as we head into the weekend.
Mr.CBD bought me two of these gorgeous lavender topiaries
for Mother's Day. May I say that I am in love?

I picked up the chippy, vintage window at a local county flea market
a few years ago, and the ironstone soup tureen is a Goodwill purchase.

One of these days I'll have to show you my ironstone collection.
This tureen is one of my favorite pieces.
The olive buckets came from, of all places, Wal-Mart.
I was so excited when I found them.
The topiaries look perfect in them, don't you think?
I hope you've enjoyed seeing my beautiful topiary and one of my tureens.
I'm loving how they look together on this white and chippy flea market
cabinet with wheels that sits in our kitchen eating area.
(Another great find.)
This weekend is supposed to be warm with a slight chance of thunderstorms.
But I'm not worried. Since when has the chance of a little bit of rain ever
stopped me from going to an awesome flea market?
Uh, never.
Any junking plans on your horizon?

What a charming vignette you created! I love the entire look, a perfect combination. Thanks so much Kathleen for inspiring us at Vintage Inspiration Party.
Pretty!! Saw some lavender at L's my last trip there, but did not check it out, as had already filled my basket up so headed to check out.
Have not been junking in some time - past due for a trip.
Enjoy the weekend.
LOVE your topiaries Kathleen. I bought a Rosemary one last year and pretty promptly killed it :( My sweet husband and I will be attending my favorite neighborhood garage sale tomorrow--it's so big, we won't be able to hit them all! (Did I mention it's my favorite?)
Your lavender topiary looks right at home in the olive bucket, the whole vignette is beautiful. Hope the rain holds off a bit so you can enjoy your day junking!!! Best ~ Mickie.
That tureen is gorgeous! Thank you for joining Home Sweet Home!

Love that tureen, Kathleen! I can see why it is one of your favorites. They always catch my eye at the thrift store and I always check them out. I probably don't need anymore, but if I found something I liked at a good price I would get it. : )
