Welcome, friends, to another fun-filled Friday Finds post where I share my latest thrifty (and usually) vintage finds with you.

My hope is that by sharing my thrifty finds I can motivate and inspire you to explore your own local thrift stores, estate sales, flea markets and barn sales and make your own fabulous finds for yourself. So let's get started.

I found this little guy at our local church's bi-annual rummage sale. I never miss it, as I usually walk away with something really great. It's held at the little church around the corner from our house. It's called The Little Home Church by the Wayside and it is 144 years old.

I have no idea how old this little guy is, but I'm pretty sure it's at least 50 years old.

Here's another vintage Santa ornament. Again, I'm not sure of its exact age but I think it's at least 40-50 years old.

I just love the miniature bottle brush tree!

Last but not least, on the Santa ornament front, I also picked up this worn glass Santa head ornament.

I love how the colors are worn off, as if this guy's really been loved over the years. I'd like to think it's vintage also, but I'm just not sure. All three vintage Santa ornaments were 50 cents each.

I picked up this table scarf from the "Free" box at the church. It's always fun to look through boxes and see what gems you can find. This material reminded me of both Christmas and grainsack at the same time. I know I'll end up using it for one home décor project or another.

Here's a pretty good sized table runner from Salvation Army for less than one dollar.

Here's another rather large doily that I got at the church for a dollar. I'd say it's approximately 30 inches across.

I'm a vintage luggage junkie so I couldn't pass up this vintage "train case" at a Grand Haven, MI antique store for $5.00. I've been crushing on this blue for a while now so I was really happy to find it.

It wasn't the prettiest I had ever seen on the inside but it was in decent shape. And I always love when they have a mirror! Looks like they may have replaced the old one. I use the suitcases as décor as well as for storage. I can store crafting supplies in this one.

Here's a mini cocktail shaker to add to my collection. I know it isn't vintage but it was just so darn cute! Cost around $2.00 at Salvation Army.

I'm a big fan of vintage pewter, and this one was a great find at the Salvation Army.

On the bottom it says Royal Holland Daalderop Pewter. It's 10 inches tall.

It can be used both as a pitcher or a vase.

Did your father or grandfather have one of these in the garage? Mine did! It's another Salvation Army find. Sort of a metal file cabinet for things like nails, nuts and bolts. I saw myself using it as storage for various jewelry elements that I use to create my handmade vintage jewelry. It's missing a drawer but I figure I'll work around that somehow. Cost: $1.86.

I'm also an ironstone junkie and have been on the look out for white platters for a long time now. I finally found one! This will go great either in my china cabinet with all my ironstone soup tureens or hanging on the wall.
