Looking for a sweet (and pretty) treat to bring to the party as a hostess gift this New Year’s Eve? Or just something yummy to put out for your own New Year’s Eve guests? I can attest to the crazy easiness of this recipe. And the crazy goodness, too!
My daughter and I made them in literally no time and they came out perfectly! We made the recipe’s three dozen cookies for her to bring to a cookie exchange party. They weren’t just easy to make, they were fun, too! I have already filed this recipe away in a safe place so that I can find it easily next Christmas.
Go to Southern Living to find this wonderful Wreath Macaroon cookie recipe. It’s a great one to add to your holiday repertoire.
I hope you all had a nice Christmas. We laid low and did the “stay in the pajamas all day” kind of Christmas, which suited me just fine. My blogging has been taking a back seat to other non-computer-related activities and I’m looking forward to spending a few days over the New Year’s holiday with my family at a friend’s mountain home. It’s been sleeting in the Chicago suburbs all day and the roads are pretty slick. Hope things are better where you are and that you and your family have a safe and happy New Year’s holiday!

Look and sounds good - Thanks for sharing.
Crazy weather here. Was unseasonably warm, now temps are dropping. Guess Winter has arrived. :(
Enjoy your evening.
These look delicious, Kathleen! I think your bad weather is headed our way in NY, but we are hitting the road tomorrow and driving south (to PA), so we hope to avoid it entirely. Happy New Year!
These are so pretty and look delicious. My refrigerator stopping working on Christmas Eve so all my baking supplies ruined. Since it was a holiday weekend today was the first time anyone would come out to repair. Happily it is working now. Happy New Year!
These look so festive Kathleen! Happy New Year!
All I can say is, YUM!!!
Have a happy and blessed new year!
Hugs,
Patti
