Welcome to Vintage Charm Party #59, November's Feature of the Month and An Announcement!

Welcome back to Vintage Charm Party #59!  Thanks to all who linked up last week. And if you're new here, welcome! We appreciate each and every one of you who continue to come back and party with us. We're in constant awe of your creativity and talent! And once again we can’t wait to see what vintage goodies, finds and projects you all have to share with us today.

But first, let's find out what blog post was chosen as November's Feature of the Month.

November Feature of the Month
Congratulations to

Mary Alice at Chateau Chic!

Chateau Chic is a blog about simple vintage living. Mary Alice loves the thrill of the hunt and collecting fine vintage wares to showcase in her beautiful home. A perfect example of this is her dining room hutch so beautifully decorated and ready for Christmas. From the ironstone pieces to the vintage ornaments to the oh-so-lovely shabby chic touches, I'd say she hit a true home run. Stop by Styling Shelves For Christmas and let her know she's a real natural!

Now let's see what our hostesses have been up to this week!

Lucy from Patina Paradise has come up with the most unique idea for a Christmas Advent Calendar I've ever seen. She combines a thrifted spoon rack with some dollar store spoons and BAM she's created not only a piece of art but a beautiful family heirloom as well! Visit Spoon Rack Advent Calendar With Faux Silver Spoons to get the low down on how to make one of these wonderful Christmas calendars for yourself.

Tanya at Little Vintage Cottage created the cutest Christmas ornaments by recycling Little Golden Books.  She provided us a detailed tutorial so we can make our own ornaments from Little Golden Books.  Go see how she made these adorable Christmas ornaments.

After the first snow of the season, Tuula at Thrifty Rebel Vintage got into the Christmas spirit and crafted a variety of adorable Easy Mini Tea Cup Trees. For a touch of whimsy, it doesn't get much better than a bottle brush tree in a pretty tea cup and her choice of colors and styles make Tuula's especially charming! Drop by to check out the loveliness for yourself!

Vintage Gurley candles and I have had a love affair since my childhood. My grandmother decorated her side board with families of pilgrims and flocks of turkeys, much to my delight. Nancy from the blog, My Sweet Life, wrote a charming post about Pilgrims on My Table, the story of her fascination with Gurleys, one she shares with her husband, Robin.
