Welcome to Vintage Charm Party #68!

Thanks to all who linked up last week. And if you're new here, welcome! We appreciate each and every one of you who continue to come back and party with us. We're in constant awe of your creativity and talent! And once again we can’t wait to see what vintage goodies, finds and projects you all have to share with us today.

But first, let's find out what blog post was chosen as January's Feature of the Month.

January Feature of the Month

Congratulations goes to.....

Sarah of
Sadie Seasongoods!

We would be hard-pressed to find many bloggers who imagine and create more truly unique projects than Sarah at Sadie Seasongoods. Week after week she posts her thrifted (often vintage) finds and then shares with us the details of how she makes them over into spectacular, upcycled home decor and sometimes--like today--fashionable accessories. She wowed us with her beautiful Vintage Rhinestone Button Bracelet, a delightfully simple, but stylish, craft.

Now let's see what our hostesses have been up to this week!

Weekly Features

It’s been difficult for us to choose just one feature.
Your vintage finds, redos, vignettes and just plain creativity
have been awesome!

Dianne over at Deanie's Stash really knows how to repurpose things and bring new life to old furniture. She and her husband took pity on an old, worn out and broken dresser they found at an estate sale and used it to create a fabulous vintage sewing room organizer. Made out of old drawer parts, it looks as if it's always been there holding her vintage sewing and crafting goodies. I especially love the vintage wooden cheese boxes, but all her other storage containers are ingenious as well. I love it, Dianne! (Now I'll be on the lookout for some of those vintage wooden cheese boxes for myself!)

Sarah at Sadie Seasongoods always comes up with unique ideas for repurposing her vintage finds.  This rug beater all dressed up for Valentine's Day is no exception.  It is absolutely adorable and it makes me want to run out looking for a rug beater to make one myself. Who would have thought a rug beater could be so appealing?  Hop over to see Sarah's Heart Beater: Vintage Valentines Decor.

If you could use a virtual getaway on this cold winter day, do yourself a favor and visit Impressions of Cuba. Julie, blogger at Renaissance Mermaid takes us on a picturesque journey of her family's recent vacation to her son-in-law's homeland. Her post is filled with stunning photos of historic architecture, beautiful beaches, interesting trivia and candid family photos, reminiscent of a simpler time. Sigh.....

In  Around the Studio, Janice, who blogs at Curtains in My Tree, gives us a look at some of her creative crafts and a few of the beautiful objects in her studio that inspire her. I fell in love with this darling, embellished cabinet card that just oozes with vintage charm(!).
