Dollar Tree stores are a great go-to spot for many DIY home decor enthusiasts on a budget. Seeing as that's the story of my life, I figured I could share my Dollar Tree insider-knowledge with you as I find new and noteworthy Dollar Tree items that you, too, can use to beautify your home. Dollar Tree Treasures #2 includes some versatile burlap block signs and some multi-purpose faux greenery -- so let's get started!

This post contains affiliate links. A purchase of any one of these items helps to support this blog and its creative efforts at no cost to you. To read more, please see my disclosure page.

One place I always look when I'm at a Dollar Tree is the frame aisle. Recently they have been stocking oh-so-much-more-than-frames there! One unique decor piece that's new to our stores is a small (approximately 5" x  5") burlap block with graphics in it. On the Dollar Tree website it's called a Table Top Wood and Burlap Sentiment Plaque.

I'm a huge fan of religious quotes, so this one from Joshua 24:15 was perfect for me.

I like how the burlap gives it a rustic farmhouse feel.

I also fell in love with this one.

I like the textural contrast of the galvanized plate and the burlap.

Clearly I have fallen for the graphics-on-everything home decor style that's prevalent right now. But for this price I'm okay if my decorating taste changes down the line -- as I know from past experience that it will.

Another great buy at Dollar Tree for me has always been faux flowers and greenery.

I recently shared a faux floral spring basket using peonies from the Dollar Tree.

Our local stores always have one main wall for faux flowers, but then they also intersperse more throughout the store. For example, they also place some in the craft aisle. So if you don't see what you're looking for right away -- keep on looking! This strategy has been successful for me on many occasions.

I found these beauties while looking for lamb's ear for another project I'm working on.

The lamb's ear leaves came already attached to the pink and purple flowers.

I really like how they look in my ironstone farmhouse measuring cup, so for now I'll leave them intact. But eventually I will be removing the lamb's ear leaves for a DIY decor project tutorial so stay tuned for that.

I know that not all Dollar Tree stores carry the same merchandise at the same time. Even so, it's my hope that what you read about here in my Dollar Tree Treasures posts will inspire you to keep an eye out for similar items that you can use in your own home or as part of your own DIY projects.

Well, that's it for today, friends!
I hope I've inspired you in some way and that

I usually to to our local Dollar Trees with a list in hand. BUT, I always keep an open mind because you never know what will jump out at you! I liked your treasures. I love the large plastic storage bags, card making stickers, faux flowers and craft supplies especially. Not to mention the sugar free Hazelnut syrup for my coffee!
