Decorating your mantel with vintage 4th of July decor doesn't have to be difficult or expensive -- to the contrary. Today I'm sharing how I created a vintage 4th of July mantel with some thrift store vases, books and inexpensive Dollar Tree American flags.

It's a classic 4th of July look for vintage decor lovers -- inexpensive thrift store milk glass vases filled with mini American flags.
You can add anything else you'd like to the mix, like this vintage red Union Leader Smoking Tobacco can and vintage thrift store books in red and blue.
It's so easy to put together! You can also create a table centerpiece with these items, maybe even adding some red and white flowers into the mix. What else would you add?
If you don't ever run across thrift store milk glass vases in your neck of the woods, you can always buy some Anchor Hocking milk glass vases online. The same goes for seasonal red, blue and white faux flowers.
Well, that's it for today, friends!
