Jo from A Rose Tinted World knows how to treat her books. With a family that loves to read, she came up with a smashing solution to bookmarks. Instead of just folding the page corners down and calling it a day, she devised a lovely (and thrifty!) alternative -- DIY fabric bookmarks. Christie of Christie's Mobile Home Diary shared her charming Summer Home Tour featuring lots of patriotic inspiration. This sweet vignette caught my eye, but you'll want to drop by for a visit to see the rest of her lovely summer decor!

6. Prizes: Keep in mind that each month we will select one of the month's featured posts to be featured on both hostesses' blogs. At the end of the year one of the twelve monthly features will be selected as the Grand Prize Feature of the Year. Prize TBA.
