Our friend Estelle from Homemade On A Weeknight had a great idea for a tasty summer recipe made with fresh fruit -- blueberries! It's easy peasy to make and can be used in a multitude of ways: poured over ice cream (yum), pancakes, waffles, French toast, cocktails . . . the possibilities are endless.
