Welcome, friends, to another fun-filled Thrill of the Hunt post where I share my latest thrifty (and usually) vintage finds with you.
I also share how I use and style the finds in my home. I hope that by sharing my thrifty finds I can motivate and inspire you to explore your own local thrift stores, estate sales, flea markets, barn sales and clearance aisles in the hopes of making your own fabulous finds for yourself. So let's get started.
The detail is exquisite, and I can see it fitting in with so many of my other timeless thrift store decor pieces.
The burnt orange and white pattern (like bittersweet) spoke to me of fall. Just like my vintage brown and white splatterware sugar and creamer set I first shared in Thrill of the Hunt #126.
It's part of the (fittingly named) Bittersweet Pattern Nikko Classic Collection, made in Japan.
What a nice mirror. I have not been on a thrift find for awhile. I hope to do one soon.
ReplyDeleteGems, indeed, Kathleen! (I have that exact lamp, lol!) Have a nice weekend!
ReplyDeleteLove all your new treasures...Funny how things that people bought years ago and painted white and now coming back in style as is!! I love the new Cottagecore or Grandma Chic trend which is what was in style 30 years ago.....I hope you have a great week!!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Deb
I love the mirror score!!! OMG about that table lamp base. I would have fought you for that if I were shopping with you. That is a SCORE even at $6.99. Great treasures. Hugs. Kris
ReplyDeleteIt's good thing we can't thift together as we like a lot of the same styles! I love mirrors--even though I don't have a good place for any more!
