Dollar Tree Treasures #34: Vintage Style Plant Mister For Less

February 21, 2025

Are you ready for a new Dollar Tree treasures haul? I'm ready to spill the beans! This time I'm sharing some Dollar Tree fave finds -- from plant misters to holiday greetings to glam office decor.

I went ga-ga over this gorgeous glass plant mister at my local Dollar Tree. Join me as I share this great find, as well as some other awesome thrifty items I hope you can find in your neck of the woods!

Welcome to Dollar Tree Treasures #34! Dollar Tree stores are a great go-to spot for many DIY home decor enthusiasts on a budget. Stick around while I share my Dollar Tree insider knowledge with you as I find new and noteworthy Dollar Tree items that you, too, can use to beautify your home.

green fluted glass plant mister

I did a double take when I spotted this glass and plastic plant mister.

It's made of faceted green glass and a copper colored plastic sprayer.

I originally bought a vintage blue glass and brass plant mister which I gave to my daughter. While it looked stylish, it stopped working shortly after I gave it to her. She still displays it for decor, but as a plant person she really needs one that works! This one is the answer!

I believe it also came in a few other colors as well.

If you can't find this at your local Dollar Tree you can always get a vintage style green glass plant mister from Wal-Mart. (The link will take you there, but I'll also be adding it to my Wal-Mart store front for your convenience.)

acrylic post-it note holder

Are you one of those people who vows with every new year to get more organized? Even in you're not, this find's for you, too! Who doesn't use post-it notes?

I fell in love with this cooper/rose gold and clear acrylic post-it note holder.

post-it note holder and tape dispenser

It's sitting on my desk near my other Dollar Tree desk accessory -- a gold and white acrylic tape dispenser. I purchased it a few years ago so I'm not sure they still sell it.

If you're not a post-it note user, perhaps you can store some of those seed packets you've been collecting to plant later this spring?

Valentine's greeting card with 3-D bouquet on front

I also picked up two Valentine's Day cards for my daughters. This one has a 3-D bouquet on the front. Many of their special occasion cards are 3-D on either the front or inside. They come wrapped in individual plastic wrappers in order to protect the card.

You're One in a Melon Valentine's card

This one is more humorous, and also has a 3-D applique on the front.

Both cards also come with their own heart-embossed gold stamp to add on to the back of the envelope. Nice touch!

So even if you're someone who doesn't frequent Dollar Tree stores, you have to admit that greeting cards are insanely expensive. It is definitely worth dropping by a Dollar Tree store and checking out their greeting cards. They sell many for $1.25, and some are two for $1.25. They also sell packs of Thank You cards that really come in handy when you need one.

I've purchased Christmas, Father's Day, Halloween (and used them as DIY Halloween art), Valentine's, Thanksgiving and birthday cards at Dollar Tree. They did not disappoint. I challenge you to check them out!

I know not all Dollar Tree stores carry the same merchandise at the same time. Even so, it's my hope that what you read about here in my Dollar Tree Treasures posts will inspire you to keep an eye out for similar items that you can use in your own home or as part of your own DIY decor projects.

Well, that's it for today, friends!
